Welcome to the 2026 season of coed Flag Football
Students must complete all necessary paperwork to be eligible to try out. Visit the documents page in “Athletics” for more information.
As much as we would like to keep everyone, flag football is a competitive sport with many trying out. We do our best to keep as many as possible but every year we are forced to limit roster size.
Practices will be Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays (2:45 pm – 4:15 pm) until the season begins on Thursday, 9/17. At that point we will have games every Tues / Thurs with practices on Mondays only. Varsity games begin at 3:30 pm and usually last approximately an hour with JV to begin soon after. If you want to play but are afraid of conflicts with other activities, reach out to the coaches to discuss.
Pre-season schedule:
Tuesday, 8/18 school begins
8/18 – 8/24 turn paperwork in to room 253 (receive a tryout number)
Monday, 8/24 – JV tryouts day 1 (6th and 7th graders) 2:45pm – 4:15pm
Tuesday, 8/25 – JV tryouts day 2 (6th and 7th graders) 2:45pm – 4:15pm
Thursday, 8/27 – Varsity tryouts day 1 (8th graders and 7th grade invitees) 2:45pm – 3:45pm
Friday, 8/28 – Varsity tryouts day 2 (8th graders and 7th grade invitees) 2:45pm – 4:15pm
Friday, 8/28 – Both team rosters will be posted on this athletic page
Monday, 8/31 – practices begin
Students should do their best to attend both days of tryouts. Bring water and sunscreen. Cleats are not required but recommended to compete. Contact coaches if cannot make one or both tryout days. We are excited to get started with the new season. Coach P.
